With your advice I got a great Garmin GPS, which was invaluable on my 950-mile loop of S. Florida in December. I just wanted to tell you that I really enjoyed your site, the book, reading about the trips and your doing it my way attitude. As all good things must come to an end, I understand your decision to hang up the boots. Without getting too corny, your site, the rides etc. was taken for granted as something that will always be there. Your decision to get out of the saddle just gave me a reminder that life is not endless.
