Haulin' Ass Cuz Sam and Sonia had to get out fairly early this morning - long ride home. My day was a little more flexible, as I could always crash over someplace on my way home. So, I stayed visiting a little while with Julie at the Ranch. talked about her WebSite a little, did my emails and eventually hit the road about 10:30am. A nice leisurely ride up Hwy 315 and 20 to Jacksonville, but once on the bypass around Jacksonville, I shifted my whole trip into top gear - hauled ass to Savannah, loaded up the bike in the midst of a bright sunny gorgeous day (you KNOW that killed me!) and pointe north for the remainder of the trip home.

Pulled in at 9pm, closed the garage door and left all my shit on the bike or in the car - my own bed never felt so good.

Was another good ride - as most of 'em are. Still liked the Waltz better than Daytona - but any day riding is a good day. Thuder Press Magazine has agreed to publish the ride report on the Waltz from both Walt and I - a dual perspective journal. Once that gets approved and published I'll post it here, too - keep an eye out for it in about 4-6 weeks.
